D&J Property Solutions LLC ('the Company') is engaged by the undersigned ('the Claimant') to identify, prepare, and submit a claim for surplus funds held by a county, court, or other public body in connection with the property identified above.
The Claimant pays no upfront cost. The Company's fee is contingent and is deducted only from funds actually recovered. The exact percentage is confirmed in writing before any filing is made on the Claimant's behalf.
The Claimant authorizes the Company to obtain public records related to the property and to communicate with county offices, clerks, and trustees for the sole purpose of pursuing this claim.
The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Where legal representation is required, the Company will coordinate with a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
Either party may terminate this engagement in writing prior to disbursement. This form is an intake and authorization record; a countersigned agreement will be provided before filing.
